The course has been designed to introduce different methods of meditative exploration within a safe and supportive environment.

 

While integrating the philosophical ground of meditation with clear practical tools,

 

Noga and Samantha from Dharma Circle encourage participants to inquire deeply into the essential nature of meditation and life.
